Note: CEM module is located behind the co-pilot glove compartment. Normally, the CEM follows a duty-cycle map to average 13.0V at the output, but with the DRL program active the PWM duty cycle for the low-beam headlights is set to produce 9V (a 50-60% duty cycle).
